Lorine is the Founding Partner of 125 Ventures, a VC fund investing in sports (with a particular focus on women’s sports, media, and entertainment at the intersection of tech). She is a former media and entertainment attorney turned VC. As an attorney, she represented legends like Prince, Chaka Khan, Roberta Flack, and DMX. She spent years negotiating complex deals at the intersection of talent, rights, IP, and brand value. She was also an operator at several startups with two exits. She has invested in over 35 early-stage companies, including Oura, Madison Reed, Canela Media, and the Rhode Island Football Club, as well as its new $130M Centreville Bank Stadium, through her angel investments, and when she led Portfolia Rising America Funds.

Her background brings a rare combination to venture. She is not just an investor but is also an operator, advisor, and connector with deep roots and unique insight. She is an award-winning VC and sought-after speaker. She has been featured in Forbes, Worth, VC Journal, SportsTechX, which named her one of the 15 Global Sports Tech Innovators of 2025, and Private Equity International, which named her one of the 2024 Women of Influence for Private Markets in the VC category.

Delphine O’Rourke, JD, connects the dots to drive innovation across the health industry as an advisor, investor, lawyer and educator.  She is CEO of dotted, an advisory firm focused on forging strategic partnership across the health industry and industries it intersects.  As success requires leveraging complex laws, regulations, and policies, Delphine founded 1928 LAW so that extraordinary companies can work with highly specialized & strategic legal counsel.  

Prior to designing a new paradigm to bring healthcare silos together and accelerate growth, Delphine was a Partner in Goodwin’s Healthcare & Lifesciences practice - and launched its pioneering Women's Health & Wellness Industry practice.  Delphine's return to private practice came after over a decade in the health system world as a healthcare executive with Ascension.  Delphine also teaches at Columbia Law School and serves on a variety of advisory & governing boards.
